Container Sales & Leasing

Service Standards

• • All containers inspected for quality and safety
• • Professional delivery by licensed operators
• • Competitive pricing with transparent quotes
• • Licensed and insured business operations

Purchase Transactions

• • Payment required prior to delivery unless credit terms arranged
• • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, wire transfer, approved credit
• • All sales final upon delivery and inspection approval
• • Prices subject to change without notice

Rental Agreements

• • Monthly rental payments due in advance
• • Security deposit may be required
• • Minimum rental periods may apply
• • Late fees apply to overdue payments

Delivery Requirements

• • Clear, level access required for delivery vehicles
• • Customer responsible for site preparation
• • Delivery scheduling subject to weather and site conditions
• • Additional fees may apply for difficult access locations

Site Responsibilities

• • Customer ensures proper permits and zoning compliance
• • Underground utilities marked before delivery (call 811)
• • Adequate space and weight-bearing capacity confirmed
• • Access gates and obstacles cleared

Container Use

• • Use containers only for intended purposes
• • No hazardous or illegal materials
• • Maintain containers in reasonable condition
• • Report damage or issues promptly

Legal Compliance

• • Obtain necessary permits and approvals
• • Comply with local zoning and building codes
• • Maintain adequate insurance coverage
• • Secure containers against unauthorized access

Our Coverage

• • LC Container maintains comprehensive business insurance
• • Delivery vehicles fully insured and licensed
• • Worker's compensation for all employees
• • General liability protection

Customer Responsibilities

• • Customer liable for container contents and security
• • Property damage beyond normal wear and tear
• • Third-party claims related to container use
• • Theft or vandalism not our responsibility

Container Condition

• • Containers sold "as-is" with inspection opportunity
• • Used containers show normal wear and aging
• • New containers meet industry standards
• • Custom modifications warranted for workmanship

Service Limitations

We disclaim warranties beyond those expressly stated. Our liability is limited to the value of services provided. Force majeure events excuse performance delays.

Rental Termination

• • 30-day notice required for rental termination
• • Container pickup scheduled upon notice
• • Final inspection and damage assessment
• • Security deposit returned less damages

Purchase Returns

Sales are final upon delivery and acceptance. Returns accepted only for material defects disclosed within 48 hours of delivery.

Disputes resolved through good-faith negotiation first. Unresolved matters subject to Texas state law and Dallas County jurisdiction.

Arbitration may be required for certain commercial disputes. Legal fees recoverable by prevailing party.
