Rental FAQs
What's the minimum rental period?
Our minimum rental period is 3 months. After that, you can extend month-to-month or upgrade to a longer term for additional savings.
Is delivery and pickup really free?
Yes! Delivery and pickup are included free within 50 miles of our Hutchins yard. Beyond that, we charge a small mileage fee.
How does rent-to-own work?
A portion of your monthly rental payment goes toward the purchase price. After 12-18 months (depending on container), you can own the container outright by paying the remaining balance.
What condition are rental containers in?
All rental containers are wind and water tight. They may have exterior cosmetic wear but are structurally sound and secure for storage.
Can I modify a rental container?
Standard rentals cannot be modified. If you need a modified container, we recommend purchasing or asking about our rent-to-own program with modifications.
